Villa Wine Note

Villa Wine Note, also known as VIN, is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa situated in St. Jean, just minutes away from the beach and shopping. Its hilltop location affords sweeping views of the ocean, nearby islands, and all-day sun. The villa provides maximum privacy, with a gentle cascade flowing between two small pools, separating the living area from the two master bedrooms.

Living Area & Kitchen

The living area sits a few steps above the pool in a separate building with the kitchen. The living space includes a large, sectional sofa in front of a wide-screen TV, with a dining table behind. The main feature of this area is the large collection of rare wines, separating the living area and gourmet kitchen. Both the living area and kitchen can be opened up to enjoy Caribbean breezes or closed and air-conditioned.

Bedrooms

Villa Wine Note offers two master bedrooms with ocean views. The main master bedroom includes a king-size bed, and a bathroom with both interior and exterior shower. The second master bedroom has direct access to the pool, a king-size bed, and a bathroom with views from the shower. Two smaller bedrooms are located above the second master bedroom and can be accessed from stairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a small view of St. Jean Bay and king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has views of Salines and twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. The fifth bedroom is situated below the living area, and can be accessed from stairs from the terrace and a separate entrance from the road. This bedroom is spacious, but offers no views. All of the bedrooms come with WiFi, U.S. and French satellite TV and ensuite bathroom.

Services & Amenities

Villa Wine Note comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
